This is a beginner friendly SUP yoga class.
Our amazing yoga instructor will lead you through a warm-up and then complete a yoga routine on your floating mat. The worst that can happen is you get wet! You fall, you laugh, you get back on and try it again. As your confidence grows you might even want to try a more difficult pose.
